Changing the email address, display name, or picture the network uses.
- Go to your Network User Information page.
- Click "Edit Item" at the top of the table on that page.
- The "Name" field is the name shown on content you post on the site.
- The "E-Mail" field is the email address used to communicate with you (Alerts) and is visible to others.
- The "Picture" web address points to the picture the system uses for you.
You need to have a picture already uploaded to the Network. It is recommended to upload and use a picture of YOURSELF in the Member Perks Pictures photo gallery. Keep clicking on your picture until it is the only thing showing in the browser window and is no longer is a hyperlink. The URL that is then in the browser address bar is the one to cut and paste in the "Picture" web address field.
- Click the OK button
Note that Network User Information page is not necessarily in sync with the information on the "My Account" site. This is an issue with the Apps4Rent account control panel implementation.
